MANILA, Philippines — A fire broke out in a residential area along North Avenue in Barangay Bagong Pag-asa, Quezon City, on Sunday afternoon, the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) reported.
Authorities responded to the fire at 2:11 p.m., raising it to first alarm a minute later.
